DNA Property was set up in 2011 by Toby Ackland and Toby d’Ambrumenil.

DNA Property is a student-based buy to let investment company which redevelops and manages their portfolio. Their specific focus is to produce high quality student properties at the top end of the market.
Director
Toby is a property consultant working between London, Windsor and Cornwall. His main client is a high net worth family where Toby overseas the management of staff and day to day running of their Swiss properties. Alongside his consultancy work,
Toby is co-owner of DNA Property. Toby works on our acquisitions and redevelopment team where he plays to his strengths.
Director
Toby’s background is in development and residential property, having worked for a leading national house builder on the development team.
Toby works in our Acquisition and Project Management areas of the business bringing skills built up whilst working in the sector for a number of years.
Toby is a Trustee of the Skiers Trust of Great Britain and is a serving member of the Territorial Army with the Honourable Artillery Company.
